The Russian Federation has paralyzed the UN Security Council by illegitimately exercising its veto.  It ignores the Resolution of the UN General Assembly, and continues to bombard the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine with missiles, killing, maiming and destroying indiscriminately, contrary to international law.  NATO will not intervene due to Article 5 of the North Atlantic Charter, and no other nation will risk intervention after being threatened obliquely with nuclear weapons by Vladimir Putin.  Will the Armed Forces of Russia stop at subduing the Donbas, or are we headed for World War Three?
